The more information you provide the more they will want to close the site, the more they want to close it the more mirror sites will appear with all the same information on them, this will hurt them make no mistake, they won't like the publicity and like we care? No longer can they get away with the ability to hide behind the secret courts!

Up to 64,000 women in the UK are child-sex offenders.
Child sex abuse by women is... significantly more widespread than previously realised, with experts estimating that there could be up to 64,000 female offenders in Britain and in excess of 400,000 male.
Researchers from the Lucy Faithfull Foundation (LFF), a child protection charity that deals with British female sex offenders, said its studies confirmed that a "fair proportion" of child abusers were women. Donald Findlater, director of research and development, said results indicated that up to 25% of a conservative estimate of 420,000 suspected UK paedophiles were women.
The release of the figures comes days after a Plymouth nursery school worker, Vanessa George – together with Angela Allen from Nottingham and Colin Blanchard from Rochdale – pleaded guilty to sexually abusing young children
Findlater said: "There was some suggestion it was only blokes that sexually abused children. Over time those arguments have fallen aside and people have had to wake up to the fact that actually, sadly, there is a fair proportion of women abusing as well."
There are 32,000 names on the sex offenders register. But LFF researchers suggest that the real number of paedophiles is 15 times this figure. Provisional studies suggest that between only 5% and 20% are women which means very few female paedophiles are ever found out and prosecuted.
The calculations put the number of female child-sex offenders in the UK at between 48,000 and 64,000, a figure Findlater describes as "highly possible". He said: "The problem is far bigger than conviction rates and, if you look at survivor studies, you end up with a very different story about the scale of the problem of female sexual abuse."
Detectives at Scotland Yard's paedophile unit, meanwhile, disclosed that they had detected an "increased prevalence" of female offenders. Metropolitan police sources said that quantifying the number of paedophiles in the UK was problematic, but there were likely to be hundreds of thousands.
Steve Lowe, director of Phoenix Forensic Consultants, which treats and assesses child sex abusers, said the true number of female paedophiles has remained hidden for too long.
"As a society, we find women sex offenders difficult to acknowledge. But those of us who work with paedophiles have seen evidence that women are capable of terrible crimes against children – just as bad as men." He said some female abusers remained hidden because they appeared before the family courts, where their cases were not
publicised because of reporting restrictions.
The latest government figures, published six months ago, showed that 56 female child sex abusers were in custody, with 49 sentenced and seven on remand. Another 84 were under supervision in the community. Fewer than 2% of people on the sex offenders register are women.
Officials at the government's Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP) said under-reporting of incidents involving female abusers was a concern and warned that "copycat" abusers may attempt to replicate the abuse that took place at Plymouth's Little Ted's nursery, where George worked.
Female paedophiles
This is NEVER spoken about even though their have been some stories where female teachers have had sex with under-age boys.
Steve Bevan, who for nearly two decades has run a support group for male victims of all forms of sexual abuse. Out of 18 men currently getting individual and group support, five say they were abused by women, three of them exclusively so.
Over the years we've had lots of men abused by mothers, sisters, aunties and baby sitters," says Mr Bevan.
"It's hard enough for adult men to admit abuse but to admit to abuse by a woman is even harder because it challenges their masculinity, it challenges their sexuality.
Behavioural psychologist Michele Elliott has 40 years clinical experience working with female sex offenders and their victims.
She told Sky News: "I have spoken with and written to over 800 survivors of female sexual abuse and offenders, and in only 25% of those cases was a man present, involved, anywhere near the home.
"In 75% of cases the woman was acting alone.
"The reality is women abuse, women abuse without men telling them to abuse, and I think we have to acknowledge it for the sake of the children who are being abused.
"Otherwise they will continue to be abused because we as a society don't want to know."
In contrast to sexual abuse by males, female sex abuse tends to take place within the family
Female sex abuse often remains hidden behind the veil of happy family life and the apparently normal relationship between mother and child so victims are less likely to come forward.
And those in contact with the family are less likely to notice what is happening.
This combined with the stigma and silence surrounding the issue means the result is chronic under-reporting.
The statistics in this field are dangerously inadequate, but Michele Elliott estimates that at least 25% of victims of sexual abuse are abused by women.
"We are seeing lots of examples of women who have used webcams to abuse children, or who have gone online and talked about abusing children," he said.
"We need to understand how they are using the internet, and how that evolves into contact offences, and by contacts offences I mean committing offences physically with children."
Darren explains: "Women do abuse. I know first hand that women abuse.
"It is going on and we need to acknowledge it otherwise the only people who suffer are the victims because it just puts up another barrier to them coming forward and getting help."

Cocaine user allowed to remain on social care register

A children's social worker sacked by Manchester Council for possession of cocaine has been allowed to remain on the social care register.
...Niamh Duignan was arrested following her attendance at a party in May 2009 organised by the local police.
She was given a two-year conditional discharge at Chester Crown Court in February this year after being convicted of possessing a class A drug, having already been dismissed by her employer.
At a hearing in London, a conduct committee of the General Social Care Council considered whether her behaviour brought into question Duignan's suitability to continue practising.
The panel took into account a frank apology from Duignan, who explained she had previously sought "limited" use of cocaine as a recreational drug, and they decided there was no risk to the public or service users.
Having also seen references from two managers, which suggested that she should be allowed to remain on the register, the committee handed the practitioner a two-year admonishment.

Give this some thought (it is of no help to this particular situation however, sorry): A child could never be taken from a parent by the state, nor could the state intervene in any part of that child's life from childhood to adulthood..., IF people stopped registering their children and providing birth certificates. A child was removed from its parents and soon after returned when it was found that the child had not been registered. It is the action of registering our children with a birth certificate which hands the state the power, legally, to do as they do.
Looking for help to take a vulnerable adult woman to the Police, to press charges against 3 social workers for the abuse of her and FRAUD including the Director of Children and Families. Also, arrests of persons working in the GSCC for assisting in the cover up.
This is no joke as there is Evidence of fraudulent activity concerning malpractice, misconduct and negligence, furthering a sickening action by a certain individual who to have a complete disregard to vulnerable women, and a cover-up to conceal this whole affair by GSCC, and Islington Council working alongside the Social Worker in question, who has not been suspended, and thus continues to work. This needs looking in to as there are children involved, as well Islingon has a historic history of paedophile abuse.

I did eventually 'win' my son in court after 4 months and CAFCASS being against me from the first day and only thought questioning by a barrister had their report, which favoured my son not living with me, being set aside by the judge and ignored in the weighing up. the stress of the case caused me many sleepless nights, stress, anxiety and broke up my relationship - yes I absolutely believe there should be grounds to sue.

I would like to know how many children have been forcibly adopted (without parental consent) since the November 2006.
Between November 2006 and the end of March 2010, there were 131 adoptions in Hull. Of these, 129 children were subject to Placement Orders.
Placement Orders
This is an order authorising a local authority to place a child for adoption where there is no parental consent, or where consent should be dispensed with.
Placement by consent is the free unconditional agreement of the parent or guardian of a child to that child's adoption. The
consent can be withdrawn at any time up and until an adoption order is made.
The consent of a parent or guardian may not be necessary if:
1. The parent or guardian cannot not be found or they are incapable
of giving their agreement, e.g. because they are mentally ill.
2. The court is satisfied that the welfare of the child requires that
consent be dispensed with. The welfare of the child outweighs the rights of the birth parents. However, the courts must still consider the impact on the child of ceasing to be a member of his/her birth family and the
change in his/her relationship with the family that adoption would bring.
Social services worldwide are a farce whether they are the County council based organisations here in the UK the appalling CPS in the USA or CYF in Australia they fail to do what they say on the label protect our kids!

Ex-officer guilty of child abuse

A former officer from Hampshire Constabulary has been found guilty of 14 child abuse offences which took place in the 1980s and 1990s.
Gordon Hunter retired from his role as an officer in 2002, but undertook support roles until October last year when he was arrested.
The 64-year-old will be sentenced on September 2.
The force said there was nothing to suggest the offences were directly related to his former roles at the force.

About time Social Service workers saw the inside of a prison cell.
That includes Amanda Barden, Denzil Forde Ferguson, Ann Wilson, Susan Webb, Peter Gilroy and many many more who have worked for corrupt Kent County Council.
Someone ought to disband SS altogether. Might I suggest a centralised body, independent of Government, who DO NOT have powers of investigation (which should be the exclusive domain of the POLICE), and instead of an in camera "court" (I use the term in its loosest possible sense, because what we have is nothing of the sort!) we have: NO TRIAL WITHOUT CHARGE, and such proceedings held in OPEN COURT with a JURY. After all, we are talking about potentially changing the lives of many, many people, forever, and very possibly (and demonstrably) forcibly estranging kids from their entire extended FAMILIES! Should we continue to leave these kind of decisions in the hands of people who are clearly mentally unbalanced and quite possibly DANGEROUSLY PSYCHOTIC, we will end up with an entire cross-generation institutionalised prison population with the inmates from the secure mental units roaming the halls (like they aren't already!).

I have always been appalled at the fact that these cases are decided without trial by jury - which is surely the process most likely to produce a just result. It makes no sense that a murder suspect should have this privilege, while it is denied to a mother accused of being a danger to her children.
It is openness and reporting which allows public scrutiny and that makes the individuals concerned publicly accountable. It is only that which can end the seeming abuse of powers by some social workers and other 'professionals'. Details of cases with names of social workers, Judges etc - but not of children or parents urgently need to be published and reported.
That can be done and if I had the detail I would pass it on to reporters in another country who are beyond the reach of British courts. They could then publish over the internet and once public information there would be the start of public accountability and growing pressure to make public all the actions of the family courts.
Turning to the article today the social workers seem to have based their actions on the false belief that the lady is a 'sex-worker'. Even if she were, there is nothing illegal in that (except for those who solicit in public) and so no basis for removal. There are many single mother's who have children by different fathers and that is no reason of itself to take children away from their mother. In this case the lady has a long and happy marriage
How can there be any justice in removing children from their family home on the basis of one witness who claims the mother is a sex-worker and the children have different paternity?
I think a more realistic approach would be for the social worker concerned to be examined by a psychiatrist with a view to he or she being committed (sectioned) under the mental health act.
A few years ago social workers believed (falsely) there were widespread satanic rituals and abuse across some communities and launched raids to remove children from loving homes on no factual basis. I wonder if there is a collective madness within sections of the social services community which urgently needs full psychiatric investigation.
Irrational behaviour can show a psychiatric imbalance requiring treatment and from Chris Booker's reports there seems to be far too much irrational behaviour exhibited by a few social workers. Booker has been succinct, short of naming names he has told us the facts of a quite surreal case - one piece of ridiculous hearsay and a fairly ordinary married couple with six children have been thrown to the wolves.
In this case, what is the secrecy about - protecting the ham-fisted, over-egging and quite insanely zealous social workers who have acted upon a piece of scurrillous tittle-tattle and will now do anything, to the full extent of their secrecy shrounded Draconian powers, not to be exposed?

The satanic child abuse scandal if it were not so tragic would be hilarious, the kind of thing Tom Sharpe would write. It demonstrated the credulity of supposedly educated people from social workers to the judiciary. Two presumably well meaning but inept at research paediatricians "discovered" an anal reflex supposedly indicative of sexual abuse. How this managed to be published in the medical literature is almost a mystery; yet it is not because the quality of so-called medical science and publication thereof is patchy. However it carries authority with lay people; note how much inconsequential pseudo research gets reported uncritically in the press.
The depth of the scandal was heightened by how long it took the judicial system to attempt to correct the wrong.
The more recent singular events that Mr Booker reports are cause for continuing concern. It appears that some social workers are incapable of assessing what they consider to be evidence. Perhaps on occasion their assessment is correct but we shall never know because of the secrecy that surrounds proceedings; law applied in secrecy must be suspected as bad law and potentially arbitrary.
Perhaps Mr Booker should use the influence his reputation gives him to persuade first class lawyers to provide pro bono services in these secret cases. A panel could be set up and the service could be made known to prospective beneficiaries; I don't know quite how but that is a detail.

The only way we can make change is by direct action, that means taking the necessary steps to get answers. When a case like Maria’s come up especially when there is evidence of abuse and cover up, everyone should become actively involved. This is not about asking, it is... about DEMANDING. She contrary to the human rights act had no opportunity to cross examine witnesses because none ever turned up !

Meanwhile a newborn baby snatched by force at 3.30am whilst still breastfeeding misses her mother as do her 5 siblings who are begging to go home ! Injuries inflicted on one of the girls whilst in fostercare were dismissed as "she fell over".So much for ss care !

graduates barely out of uni is hardly 'life experience' when it comes to asessing and understanding the complex and intricate dynamics of families and personalities, although granted some come from more experienced and r...elated fields. However, I haven't heard of ANY having to go through the same kind of psych assessments and detailed background checks as they put parents throuhg, so how do they know they are giving jobs to people REALLY with the right background, temparament and psychological make up to do a job of such pressure, decision making and significance. I'm sorry, but in my opinion some diploma or degree is not enough. Even Fred West could have got a diploma in social work.

The form to be completed when applying for this type of Job asks specifically which areas of Social Work / Support / Counselling roles the applicant has been in. I am certain the lowest age to apply to be a social Worke...r is 18 yrs old. It is a three year course - it used to be FOUR years with the Degree element to it.
'Mature' applicants are 'welcomed' to apply. NO - they do NOT go through any Psychological assessments (unless that has all changed now, since 1989/1994). I was a Secretary for many years and applied to do a Social Worker Course in 1989. I was surprised there was no Psychological assessment/s etc., (similar to those who do a Counselling Course). I don't think Fred West could have got the Degree actually.
Alot of the people I 'speak' about who do have the 'life experience/s' to apply for the Course worry/ied me to be honest because there were so obviously some who had MAJOR issues they had not dealt with at all. The SW who (one of many) dealt with my daughters case - was recommended to HAVE THERAPY WITH ME!!! I was 'ALL FOR IT' - needless to say, she certainly wasn't ( wondered why!!). That was recommended by a CHILD PSYCHIATRIST. Do not be under any elusion, even GREAT ORMOND STREET will collude with SS's. GOSH - I guess have to believe what SS Depts tell them and they certainly did with my daughters case (more fool them).
I did an Access course PRIOR TO the Degree which - I did not get my Social Work Certificate because they 'set me up to fail' DUE to the case with my daughter - a few of the people had been Foster Parents. I had several arguments with them about 1) Mental Health 2) Addicts 3) Single parents. At one time I got so frustrated, I ended up shouting at one woman and walking out of the room. God Help the clients she came into contact with! I think her name was Jenny. I do wonder what happened to those who did the training course with me. (The Judge who sat on my daughters case ALSO sat on the BOARD AT THE UNI I WAS STUDYING AT as well as Central Council of Education and Training of Social Workers!!). CORRUPTION AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL.

Let them know you are aware of this case, and that there is evidence of abuse and cover up. You would like to know why this is so. And what action they are taking with this. Remember, this case shows how they operate and what thy do to keep it quite. This is not just about Maria but all lets do it!

Lets condense this situation because it is confusing. You have two daughters and they go in to care, you see them for a couple of months and then are told by Social Worker, Anthony Folami they don’t want to see you. Despite your efforts to see them you are ignored.
You do no know when you will get to see them again if at all.
You get pregnant and Social Workers find out about this pregnancy. A little while before the birth, you are told the baby has been put on the Child Protection Register “WHAT FOR YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG”
You give birth to your child and because the child is on CP register you are taken to a mother baby unit for assessment for 3 months. You are doing well and the unit extend your stay so you can receive a little more help.
You receive a letter from the social workers telling you, you have to attend a meeting at the home of the foster parents in Peterborough.
You get to think you are going to see you daughters who you have not seen for two years and maybe they can see their sibling. You are taken to the home of the foster parents in Peterborough a long way from London.
You go in to the foster parents home, you notice picture of your daughters all over the place. You go into this meeting there are 3 social worker one who is Anthony Folami and the foster parents.
The foster parents are present as well you have brought presents for your daughters but they are nowhere to be seen.
Anthony then tells you “Your daughters do not want to see you again” You can’t believe what he has just told you; you have not seen them for two years anyway.
After what you are told you become hysterical, Anthony Folami and all the others do nothing.
The only assistance you have is the worker who took you there. On your way out one of the social workers give you the presents back and you are told I don’t think they will want these.
You go back to the baby unit very upset but despite what happened you have to remain focussed on your baby and the assessment.
However what happened at the meeting overwhelms you and you start to fall to pieces.
Not long after you are called to the unit’s manager office and told to bring your baby with you. At the office is Folami and he tells you he has to take your baby off you.
Your baby is taken you are hysterical the Police handcuff you and you are given a knock out drug and taken to Hospital Psychiatric you are there for 3 month you leave on your own.

Before asking the Magistrate for evidence of their Oath. Try to get them to admit that they are in fact a Servant. If they admit this, which should pose no problem, or controversy to them. You then proceed to remind them that a servant only has Authority 'In Nom' (in the name of their master) and not 'In Personam' (in their own right). Further to my letter of 26 April 2010, I am writing to confirm that the Council has now completed its search for the information which you requested on 22 April 2010.
Request:
Please supply all documentation /information held by the council in relation to any councillor who may have been accused of inappropriate behaviour such as downloading inappropriate material linked to children on their council computer.
Also disclose all documentation/information that confirms that CRB checks have been carried out on all councillors who have a universal corporate duty to children. In particular please state how long the Cabinet Member for Communities who clearly has direct access to children on a regular basis has been CRB checked.
I can confirm that the Council has checked its records and holds no information in relation to any Councillor who may have been accused of inappropriate behaviour such as downloading inappropriate material linked to children on their Council computer.
All Councillors have been CRB checked where it has been identified as necessary arising from their duties. The second part of the question relates to an individual and to disclose such information could mean that the Council is contravening the Data Protection Act.

A conspiracy of silence appears to exist in Scottish media, political and legal circles regarding the "Hollie Greig" story.
Hollie is a young woman with Down's Syndrome, who has alleged that she was the victim of a paedophile ring in Aberdee...n. Her story is too shocking and complex to be summarised in a few sentences. Suffice to say, that not only have the authorities shown a total disregard for the plight of this vulnerable person but they have gone to extraordinary lengths to prevent her story being told and to persecute her supporters.
The people of Scotland have a right to hear this story and, with this in mind, Hollie's supporters, including Chief Investigator Robert Green, will be distributing leaflets in the Royal Mile, Edinburgh on Saturday August 21st between noon and 3pm and are willing to talk to anyone who wishes to learn more about the case.
Sadly, we do not believe Hollie's story is an isolated example as more and more cases of paedophile abuse are emerging, not just in Scotland but throughout the world. By breaking the conspiracy of silence and demanding that these crimes are vigorously investigated, we can ensure that in the future there will be no hiding place for paedophiles.
Please publicise this event as widely as possible.

The price of providing judges' accommodation in south Wales is criticised after figures showed it costs £417,000 annually.
Plaid Cymru's Freedom of Information request revealed the figures for lodgings in Cardiff and Swansea.
The party's, Chris Franks, said many would find it "totally unacceptable".
However, justice officials said the issue of lodgings is kept under review, "ensuring that tax payers' money is spent effectively".

Maria is providing a platform for everyone to challenge this system and the way it is. Maria’s suffering might one day be your own, or someone within your family so support what she is trying to do.
Maria’s case is about the abuse of her by social workers in that they gave needless information to affect her mental stability. In doing so, this unbalances her enough for them to remove her child for adoption.
Maria’s daughters were put into foster care, this was not because of anything Maria had done to them. Maria had her daughters in her care at the ages of 4, and 9 years. I am not at liberty to disclose further information, as this is personal and would be an affront to her children.
I can only explain this situation graphically. It is complex and confusing but it was set up by the social workers to be that way.
Take note Maria is vulnerable adult and her comprehensions differ with persons who do not have the problems she has.
You have two daughters who are taken into care, you see them for a couple of months and then you are told by social workers you can’t see them again. You have done nothing wrong for this to happen you try to sort this out but you are ignored.
You get on with your life knowing there is nothing you can do to see your children and it hurts badly.
Two years later you become pregnant you plan for this child with your partner, however things do not work out and you are on your own.
Before the birth of your chid, social service put an order on you even though you have done nothing wrong. You are confused and upset by this, but what can you do?
After the birth of your child, you are taken to a mother baby unit to be assessed. You are doing well, and the staffs is pleased with your progress and you are told you will be going in to supported housing with your baby.
Out of the blue, you receive a letter informing you that you have to attend a meeting at the home of the foster parents. You are looking forward to going there; maybe you will see your daughters, having not seen them for two years?
You are taken all the way from London to Peterborough, you arrive at the foster parents home. You go in and you notice pictures of you daughters all over.
You’re taken into the meeting; you are told your daughters do not want to see you again? The shock hits you; you have not seen them anyway for two years so why tell me this now? You become unwell and our child is removed from you.
This is an abuse of a vulnerable adult using mental cruelty to break the poor person.

If at final hearing your children get placement orders wave legal privlage hold the solictors to account for preverting the course of justice and makeing the outcome of the case a miscarrage of justice this action will allow a re-trial of the case
You would need to challenge the legal advice you have been given, which no doubt would be poor advice and then waiver legal privilege so the files from your lawyer can be seen. If it is shown that you have received dodgy advice then your solicitors will be held to account and you will be allowed another opportunity to present your case.

Stopping contact cause the mother dominates it???
Reducing contact to once a weeks saying that the child shows signs of distress just before contact??? Of course the child does. Contact in contact centres is traumatic and if the child loves their mum but gets distressed about contact the answer is not to decrease or cancel contact.
It is to increase contact and change the contact venue. The LA have a duty to promote contact therefore they need to make changes so the child is not distressed about contact.
They always say the child has said they want whatever it is they are asking the court for, but they don't let you ask the child cause you are not allowed to discuss proceedings. Once per week is the minimum they can offer without a s34.4. A bright child at Level 4 should have Gillick competence and be able to give live evidence.
Apply for a contact order to increase contact and for evidence to be given by video link. If the child is saying something different to the guardian ask that the child is represented separately from the guardian. Make sure the child has a chance to see a solicitor without the guardian present.

It has now been ordered that I can have one contact with them before it goes back to court, SS have done a chronology on me and are dragging things up that are supposed to have happened as far back as 1988. There are names mentioned that no one in my family have even heard of and not one of the incidents was ever followed up by SS and all cases were closed but they are still trying to use it against me.
